The unique Solid Spiral Armor technology uses reinforced spiral shaped fibres in the blank, which creates a blank with never-seen-before strength in a carbon rod. Due to the high density of carbon, you still have a rod with great sensitivity and with light Fuji Alconite guides, it remains extremely lightweight. The spiral mounted system provides better stability during fight and if loose line catches the top of the rod, it will easily slide off, lowering the risk of entanglement in the guides.
